At D’Vows Weddings & Events UAE, we value transparency and fairness. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Civil Weddings, Muslim Nikah Packages & Other Service (UAE & Georgia)

• All packages are non-refundable. This applies once the booking is confirmed, as legal processes, administrative costs, and governmental fees are immediately incurred.

• Deposits and payments secure your booking and are considered earned once paid.

2. Full Wedding Planning & Event Planning Services (UAE & Georgia)

    Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is retained under all circumstances.

    Cancellations by Client

• More than 90 days before the event: Only the deposit is retained.

• Within 90 days of the event: 75% of the total contracted fee is due.

• Within 30 days of the event: 100% of the total contracted fee is due.

All payments already made will be applied toward the applicable fees. By signing the contract, clients acknowledge these terms and agree to pay the amounts due according to the schedule.

   Cancellations by D’Vows Weddings & Events UAE

• If we must cancel, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, except for any costs already incurred with vendors or suppliers (proof will be provided).

 

    Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

• In case of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your event. Refunds may be adjusted based on non-recoverable vendor costs.

 

3. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your service date within the same calendar year, subject to vendor availability.

• Wedding date rescheduling is allowed without extra cost, depending on court availability for Civil or Muslim (Nikah) weddings.
